My appt was at 9:30 am as of 10:30 am my car was sitting sitting outside waiting to be looked at. I had to ask what was going on, my car was taking in shortly after that. The adapter on my head light was needing to be replaced instead of telling me that they want to charge me over $4,000 to replace the whole head light instead of asking if I just wanna change that adapter. All around frustrating visit. However Jaclyn at the service desk was sweet as pie even though she was a little overwhelmed. More
