They were awesome would recommend 10 out of 10 the I left very happy and I love my kia
Kia customer service is Amazing very attentive and caring also professional they listen to our needs and Jessie was really nice he inspected all oils also tires and everything was top tier working order, if anyone is looking for a car i recommend Kia of Stockton.
My KIA experience keeps getting better even after 28 years with Stockton KIA. I hope they are there forever otherwise I wouldn’t know where to buy/service a car.
Karina at Kia of Stockton was very helpful in servicing my vehicle. Everything was taken care of quickly and she communicated with me throughout the entire process. Overall an excellent experience!!
They do not honor the price that is negotiated for a vehicle. I tried calling and emailing kia of stockton multiple times to fix the problem regarding not honoring the price of the car I bought from them, but it has been over a month and have heard nothing from the general manager or the staff.
His customer service was excellent and I look forward to working with him in the future
