I went to get my car serviced and they did not do what they said they did. I know my cabin filter needs to be changed because I was informed my last service that it should be and they told me it was “good they said they did. They also did not adjust my tire pressure and left them all at different psi.. They should also adjust their false advertisement with the “car wash”. I should check to see if they even changed my oil at this point.. Disappointed with this location. More

I had just totaled my 2022 Kia Soul (which I loved) and was forced to purchase a new car rather unexpectedly. Luckily I was able to find my new 2024 Snow White Pearl Niro at Kia of Stockton. My experience was forced to purchase a new car rather unexpectedly. Luckily I was able to find my new 2024 Snow White Pearl Niro at Kia of Stockton. My experience was A++...I began this purchase with Billie on the phone and continued the sale with Sam and Jonathan who were both great! Jamber was quick and efficient in the Finance Department. We came all the way from Sonoma County and it was worth the trip (truly)! The dealership is beautiful and very modern with an excellent automated coffee dispensary (every coffee option one could want)! One suggestion please tell Kia Corporate y'all need some artwork and maybe a few strategically placed orchids. We will absolutely recommend Kia of Stockton across the board. Wish I lived closer I would bring in an orchid or two just to get you started! Thank you all again for taking a crash and turning it into a smash (in the best way)!! More
