Recall work Mike has always been friendly, helpful, and ready to resolve any issue. My car was in for recall work on the Navigation System, When I got my car, sta Mike has always been friendly, helpful, and ready to resolve any issue. My car was in for recall work on the Navigation System, When I got my car, started the engine, and put it into gear it began squeaking as I moved forward and then it stopped. Then I noticed the clock wasn't working and fussed with it for a minute or two I was able to reset it, and it is working now. Lastly when I got home ( I live less than a mile from the service) and turned off the engine it made a loud thud sound, I telephoned Mike the following day and told him about it. None of these things have reoccured. I can not duplicate the issues, so I did not bring it back in. Raul telephoned me and I told him the same thing and because it can't be duplicated there doesn't seem to be any point in bringing it back. I had a bad reaction to 2 shots (shingle shot & flu shot) given the same day and have not been out of the house since. My car has never had any problems in the 5 years I've had it. More
