What Others Say

I like this dealership. I bought my 25 IS 350 However, I took it in for service for first time and the service advisor Anthony was rude not friendly. Like he was having a xxxxty day and was taking out on me. Not even a friendly smile. Either that or he hates his job. For my next service I’ll make sure to request someone else. Also, I thought “Free Service “ included the first oil change since I hit 5k miles and all it was, fluid check, tire check. I waited 2 hours for that.

The service representatives are lowkey and direct about pricing. I take my car to this dealership most often for servicing and leasing.

Very dissatisfied. The salesperson misled us and avoided providing a financial breakdown, effectively hiding the actual selling price, which was significantly higher than the MSRP. The entire sales and finance team were irresponsible and did not seem to care about the customer. Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid Lexus of Keyes Van Nuys.

Bill Horvath our designated service representative is a pleasure to deal with. He is friendly and efficient.

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve had seamless experiences at Lexus of Ontario and Lexus of Valencia, but Keyes Lexus on Van Nuys was a week-long nightmare filled with headaches, frustration, and deceptive sales tactics. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. My experience with the salesman, Abdul, and the management team was disappointing from start to finish: Price Padding: The online price was "accidentally" increased by $2,000 when I arrived. I had to catch and correct Abdul on this immediately. Trade-In Deception: We agreed on a trade-in value of $18,500. However, when finalizing the documents, they slipped in $18,000 instead. When I caught the $500 discrepancy later, Abdul claimed he "didn't remember" the original agreement and refused to fix it because the deal was finalized. Financing Roadblocks: Abdul tried to force me into Lexus Finance—which had double the interest rate of my personal bank—by claiming the paperwork was already started. When I insisted on my bank and removing a $1,500 GAP insurance charge (which I didn't need due to equity), he made me wait two hours, claiming no one was available. Magically, as soon as I demanded my keys to walk away, a finance manager was suddenly available to help me. The "Ceramic Coating" Scam: I was forced to pay a markup for a mandatory ceramic coating that was never properly applied. There was clearly no paint correction done, as swirl marks are visible under the sealant. Furthermore, the car gets heavy water spots immediately after washing; true ceramic coating should prevent this. Every time I raised a legitimate concern, Abdul’s only rebuttal was, "We can part ways." This team lacks integrity and relies on exhausting the customer to push through bad math and unnecessary add-ons. Save yourself the anger and go to Valencia or Ontario instead

Luke Massie made my car purchase wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and he helped me get the best deal possible. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a new car
