Anthony was terrific. He is always responsive and caring. However, I was told by the girl that called to schedule my appointment to arrive at 8:45 am. I waited over 30 minutes in the line to be checked in. Upon obtaining my loan car from Enterprise, Boomi, the attendant told me I had 1/4 tank gas when in fact, I had only a range of 37 miles. I was uncomfortable driving with such little gas so I put in $10 of gas. Additionally, I am confused as to why the cars cannot be washed, at least on the outside? Maybe they laid off the car wash employees but it is not satisfactory. More
