The hours charged for the service was more than what was recommended online when looking at to replacing the parts that they did also was upset with the additional charge to hook it up to the computer. My only disappointment was a number of hours charged on the bill for labor rover recommendations from different parts dealers online. More

Ganley Ford Norton is one of the few dealers around that work on large vehicles. I had two recalls on my motor home they took care of for me. I was originally told my vehicle would be done later in the afte work on large vehicles. I had two recalls on my motor home they took care of for me. I was originally told my vehicle would be done later in the afternoon. However, when Mark found out I would be waiting at the dealership he said he would see what he could do. At 10 am my vehicle was done. I’m very pleased with the quick service. More
