Providing a positive experience is our top priority every time you visit our Service Center, so we're disappointed to hear that you felt that we did not provide you with that. We did review a few things and #1 your warranty has not expired yet BUT your Ford Maintenance Package that you purchased from the Florida dealer did expire when you hit 37,465 miles which was prior to your last visit. The maintenance package, not the warranty, is what would cover basic maintenance like oil changes. #2 we also reviewed our security camera footage. Our time stamped video shows you putting your keys into our drop box at 7:26am, not 7am. The overnight dropped keys were picked up at 7:21am (we open at 7:30am) so that is why no one knew that your keys were inside that box until you called later that day. If you need us to address anything else for you or answer any other questions, please feel free to respond. Thanks!

We were back home by 7:30 and per Scott he got all the keys at 7:30. His statement was we should have not left them in there. Is far as our warranties when making the appointment and giving them our information they stated it was covered. And again if it was not pick up the phone and we would have gladly paid. Instead I'm told in one phone call at least 8 times how you ate the warranty. Regardless of even all that, they way I was spoken to was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. If you like to support that kind of behavior that is your choice. I'm sure your daily business will continue without us returning.

And just an FYI it's funny that is shows me at 7:26 on your camera as I did not put them in it! You do not even know what we look like. I can also provide.my time in for work that will clearly show there is no way I was there at 7:26.
