Took my vehicle in for warranty work. My vehicle was inspected, only to find out i had to take my vehicle back to the dealer that I purchased it at due to the warranty. My car was taken in for an oil change and another repair, but when I got the car back the oil change wasn’t done and neither was the repair. I spoke to John, the service manager, and he arranged to have my c but when I got the car back the oil change wasn’t done and neither was the repair. The valet service is great too. I appreciate not having to sit in the dealership to wait. The valet drivers were very nice and personable, too. Thank you! More

I’ve written a review 3or 4 times it is deleted when I press next. I stood awkwardly in service writing area while 3 writers finished their discussion. No one greeted me or used my name. I made my way to press next. I stood awkwardly in service writing area while 3 writers finished their discussion. No one greeted me or used my name. I made my way to Ashleys desk. When I picked up my truck Ashley showed me how to fix the problem myself. A simple switch to show the gear as the transmission shifts. I was puzzled why I wasn’t shown this “fix” the first time I had this concern. I have not been pleased with the changes in service writing for the past few years. It is getting worse not better. I feel like a non customer. Maybe time for a dealership change. Time will tell. More
