Vehicle Purchase We purchased our vehicle out of state as Ganley Ford had a vehicle we were interested in. First off, they didn't have our paperwork correct when need We purchased our vehicle out of state as Ganley Ford had a vehicle we were interested in. First off, they didn't have our paperwork correct when needing to finalize our sale. The paperwork was in an employees name and not the owners even though the dealer application was done in the owners name. In dealing with trying to get this straighten out, I contacted Austin to correct paperwork with all proper information. When I didn't hear back from him, I was given to another gentlemen and left a message. Once again, I never heard anything back and called the next day and spoke to a manager. When the paperwork was somewhat corrected, it was a hassle to get our lien holder added to the title as the paperwork should've had it on there. Craig corrected the matter and had it on the title. Austin also told me by email that our title would be in for our own state. That was more incorrect information as we had to retitle the title once it arrived from our loan provider. When we did get the truck finally delivered last Monday November 11th, it went right into the shop for auto repair. It needed 3 universal joints and a propeller shaft as if you went over 40 MPH it vibrated bad. An extra cost for our business that could've been taken care of if the vehicle was correctly inspected. We now got the vehicle back today, so it's been thoroughly checked over and drives great. Overall, I have never been involved with so much chaos from a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. More
