Of course I get there test it out, negotiate the trade and magically the price on the vehicle has gone up 1k from what I had in writing and had asked about once I got there. Sales person told me the managers wouldn’t do anything about it. I left. As I was leaving the sales person accused me of tricking him and being dishonest while in front of the entire show room. Management did try to help but I was too flustered and I’m not sure they fully understood what had happened. Either way, glad I made it out of there. Won’t be going back. Nor should you. I have worked with Franco at Ganley for many years! He sold me the first car I bought myself, which was a 2 year old escape, and it worked out perfectly! When I decided early 2021 to order a new Bronc He sold me the first car I bought myself, which was a 2 year old escape, and it worked out perfectly! When I decided early 2021 to order a new Bronco he walked me thru step by step. He even handled me gracefully when I panicked that it was never going to come. I loved being able to text him every step of the way as my Bronco was built, and I do believe he was as excited for delivery day as I was! I don't know what he did, but I believe I had one of the first full sized Broncos in NE Ohio. I've never "built' a car before and he was able to answer any question I had. I will be a ford girl for life and buy from Franco until he retires! More
