Kelly Nissan has an amazing staff in Customer Service - the staff is always friendly and professional. Eva is a breath of fresh air - I so appreciate her with that amazing smile. She’s so patient with me, answering my questions, and keeping me informed regarding my car/cost. I bought a certified used Infiniti Q60 at Kelly Nissan. I informed them that the cruise control didn't work. They told me to take it to an Infiniti dealer for repairs. I did and it was a $1566. repair. The I informed them that the cruise control didn't work. They told me to take it to an Infiniti dealer for repairs. I did and it was a $1566. repair. They refused to pay anything for the repair. I was told by the sales manager that I shouldn't expect them to make good on the repair. I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from a place which has such a lack of integrity!! More
