I entered the dealership, first of 3 I planned to visit that day(Nissan, Volkswagen and Hyundai). Tony Paramo greeted me at the door, was advised of my desire to lease, and to see what it involved. I've purchased 7 vehicles since 1977; the first two I had to remove myself from the process and let my husband handle it (and subsequently pay for them); I was not pleased with the salesperson's manner; with four I was a co-decision maker and was pleased; ... and the Sentry, I'm most pleased with my vehicle, and it was the most hassle-free experience of all. The dealership was very busy, as it was a Saturday, but the employees at Kelly Nissan did what they could to minimize our waiting time while still taking the time to fully explain our purchase. There was an unexpected extra fee associated with the vehicle, that likely could have been mentioned to us prior to our coming in, but it was a minimal cost and there was also an unexpected rebate available that more than compensated for that extra cost. A maintenance plan was also mentioned to us by the salesperson, but was not brought up again during financing, as we had been told it would be. More
