I made an “express service” appointment for an oil and filter change on my 2021 Rogue. I checked in at the service counter 15 minutes early. I informed the service advisor that since it was only going to filter change on my 2021 Rogue. I checked in at the service counter 15 minutes early. I informed the service advisor that since it was only going to be a quick oil change, I would be waiting for the vehicle I received text updates as to the status of the service during my wait. Approximately two hours after I dropped the truck off, it was ready pick up. I have no issues with the service performed. The only thing I had a problem with was the length of time it took to complete these simple repairs. More
