Kelly Nissan

After being told by Countryside Nissan that they did not honor the Nissan certified warrantee I had to fix my axle bearing ( by the rudest service person I have ever encountered) , I have bought 12 cars the honor the Nissan certified warrantee I had to fix my axle bearing ( by the rudest service person I have ever encountered) , I have bought 12 cars there. I decided to try Kelly Nissan. The minute I pulled in to there service department I was greeted by a smiling face, Amber. I went over my issues with her and she immediately told me that Nissan Certified warranty does indeed cover my axle bearing. Unfortunately she told me that the part I needed was on a nation wide out of stock. I expressed concern about driving the the truck and getting bearing material into the rest of the rear axle. She agreed and immediately called the porter to get me free car to use until part came in and they finished job. What a difference!,, Thanks again Amber. I love the fact that I was able to breathe, There was no pressure. When I made my decision as to which vehicle I was interested in the dealer was able to work with me financially, and I did not have to spen pressure.
