I went in for a regular service check for my Honda Civic. I went in after making my appointment, which by the way was very easy to do I am very convenient to fit in with my busy schedule. I was taken care of by a very nice service person who checked me in and had me sit in the lounge area. She had told me that the car would be done in 30 minutes and that is exactly when it was finished. This was my jacket service appointment and it was just as good as the first visit was. More
Poor Customer Service At times my service rep would talk to me with respect. He was not always argumentative and condescending. Other times he was rude and condescending. Starting from the first day we began the testing on my car, he would never admit that he was wrong after saying they completed a service that they didn't. Shouted out to other service reps "she forgot the paperwork" after I told him multiple times they didn't perform that service. It took him checking the computer to verify I was correct and still no apology. After months of returning and having my car tested (for what I had been telling Honda the problem was), it was finally decided that I could have the repair done. I had to email him multiple times to ask if he had contacted the person responsible for making sure the repair would be covered under warranty. He would never give me full details about the service that was to be performed until I continued to ask questions. I was charged for part of a service that was supposed to be covered under warranty with a poor excuse that they couldn't "prove" the car had an oil consumption problem until after the warranty expired. When I asked if I could talk to the person who made this decision, again the service rep would not give me that information and started verbally attacking me that they haven't seen me very often at this dealership. I don't go there often because of the extremely long waits for oil changes, it is an hour away, and there is always a problem. Some problems I've encountered are the following: they forget that I am waiting for my car after I check out and pay (happens almost every time), left with my car smoking and being flagged by other drivers that they thought my car was on fire (they spilled oil on my engine during an oil change), did not tell me about a warranty for oil consumption issues even though I had complained about it for 2 or maybe 3 years! Honda should make warranty extensions well-known. This one was not. More

Mr. Mansour Assadpour, our sales person was very responsive and made the process smooth and quick. He took the time to explain and demo the car features to. No haggling needed pricing was very transparent and quoted price was honored. The entire process took under two hours and my wife drove off with the car happy.
