Roland Murphy checked my Ridgeline in for an oil change and basic service around 10 and released it to me shortly after 12 and kept me informed throughout the process. Called to get appointment for my Honda Accord door cables to be replaced. Jeff Patterson was so accommodating with my schedule. James Tipton was my Service Advisor keeping me informed of estimate. Parts had to be replaced. Jeff Patterson was so accommodating with my schedule. James Tipton was my Service Advisor keeping me informed of estimate. Parts had to be ordered and since door panels were off gave me a loaner vehicle to go home in since living 30 miles away. Repairs were made the next day and I’m completely satisfied. Of course price was costly but what isn’t in these days. You get what you pay for 😊. Thanks to all involved More
