Was better before - not professional enough About 6 weeks ago, I had brought it to Honda in Arlington to check on my driver side window since there was this weird noise because I bought my 2018 About 6 weeks ago, I had brought it to Honda in Arlington to check on my driver side window since there was this weird noise because I bought my 2018 HRV there but that place was useless. I came to Honda Koons Manassas for a routine maintenance done on July 5 because this place was my go-to place for my previous Honda car. So I asked them to check on the window and I was happy they found something. They said they had to order a part and would call me in a couple days. July 5 was a Friday - I didn't hear back on Monday so I called and checked. Asked for Chris since he helped me on July 5 - he sounded surprised because he said there was no order but he was the one told me he would call me in a couple days. He said he would check and called me back - never did that night. I gave him time and tried again on Wednesday - someone said Chris was busy so I left my phone number and name - no one called back. I called again on Friday and same thing - no call back from Chris. On Saturday, 7/13 I was upset so I called the schedule line to talk to someone to express my frustration. This gentleman was able to check and told me the part was in but "someone would call me." So I said I would like to come in if the part was there. He made an appointment for me at 11am on the same Saturday. I came to talk to another adviser, Mo, and he said I couldn't find my appointment. I showed him my email confirmation but he couldn't find it. I said I was there to see Chris and Mo asked Chris to come by. I asked Chris if the part was in - he jokingly said: "I hope so." I don't find this professional at all. I told him this gentleman on the phone checked and said it was in. He could see I was not happy so he said they would check for me. Mo was helpful - he set up the appointment and said he would pass it on to Chris later. If Chris saw me there and knew I was after him for the same thing I called him about, he could have taken care of me when I dropped the car off. This wasn't a critical problem that stopped me from driving or anything. It mattered because no one followed up with my calls. Everyone is busy nowadays and I just tried to know when I should expect to come in. And I didn't get the call back I was told I would. I dropped the car off at 11 - car wasn't done until 3:30p. Is it because they couldn't find my appointment? Then, on July 16, I received a call saying my part order has arrived and asked me to come it for installation. So I don't know if they got the correct part but I could only hope they do. I might have 2 profiles in your system - someone needs to find a solution and not making your customers confused. I used to like this place a lot but I will not come back here. More
