Incompetence or Fraud? I brought my car in for an oil change. They called and told me I needed two new axles. I took my car to another mechanic. The power steering pump w I brought my car in for an oil change. They called and told me I needed two new axles. I took my car to another mechanic. The power steering pump was leaking (which Koons did mention) and had leaked onto the axles and a belt that Koons wanted to replace. Problem solved by wiping with a rag and not a $1000+ repair. Manager still hasn't called do discuss. There has been bad communication from the start and many other annoyances. The axels is just the most egregious. But they e-mailed me a request to review them so here it is. More
