Stolen sunglasses after concierge service I recently had my car serviced and used the concierge service they offered, which picks up my car and returns it after service. While the service rep I recently had my car serviced and used the concierge service they offered, which picks up my car and returns it after service. While the service rep was helpful and service went okay I did notice something that will keep me from returning to this dealership or recommending them to anyone I know. I had a pair of sunglasses mysteriously go missing right after my car was returned to me. I keep my sunglasses in the sunglass holder and never remove them from my car. I used my sunglasses on sunday, had my car serviced on monday, and noticed them missing monday evening. The only people to drive my car during that time period were the ones from the dealership and myself. I've called multiple times trying to see if anyone had information on this and they've never returned my calls. It may seem insignificant having sunglasses go missing, but the fact that they would go through my personal belongings and not try to help is disappointing and worrisome. More

Koons Honda has been servicing our vehicles for over 20 years. Until about a year or so ago Tony Pekich was our go-to service rep. We knew we’d always get a straight answer from him when it came to servic years. Until about a year or so ago Tony Pekich was our go-to service rep. We knew we’d always get a straight answer from him when it came to service and repairs. Since Tony has retired we’ve struggled to find a service rep who is as professional and straightforward as Tony. We recently had Mo who went into a lot of detailed explaining the repairs our car needed only to find out later that he was recommending repairs that weren’t needed. Ugh!!! Why can’t these guys be honest? We sure do miss Tony!! More
