I've been servicing a 20003 Accord and a 2001 Acura TL at this dealership for about 3 years and have been always extremely pleased with the service. Last Saturday morning the A/C on the Accord stopped workin this dealership for about 3 years and have been always extremely pleased with the service. Last Saturday morning the A/C on the Accord stopped working so I called them to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately they were booked so I called Rosenthal Fairfax Honda and they could get me in same day. Dropped the car in Fairfax and 2 hours later they called to tell me that compressor, clutch and stator coil are dead and need to be replaced. I couldn't believe all 3 parts failed at the same time and asked to check again. 15 min later turns out that only the stator coil is bad but they still want me to replace all 3 parts at a $1500 cost. They would reluctantly agree to replace just the stator coil for $900. Long story short I ended up taking the car to Koons Honda and they fixed it for $450!!! Trust me, this is hands down the best Honda/Acura service department in the area. More
