At the time, it was a "hot car" and so there was a dealer surcharge, which they explained quite honestly. We told them we refused to pay it. We let them know we planned to buy a car that day, and if it meant taking our business elsewhere, we would. After a bit of haggling - which we expected to have to do - they dropped the surcharge completely. They still made out on the deal, but we payed thousands less than the sticker price. We got home and realized there were no floor mats. We called them back, and in exchange for all 5's on the customer survey from Honda (which we'd have given them anyway), they threw them in - plus two stainless steel travel mugs. Everybody was friendly, courteous, etc. Our kid was in the midst of the "terrible 2's" at the time, and they just rolled with the punches.<br><br>Service department runs like clockwork even when crowded, they explain every charge, they don't do work we don't authorize.<br><br>They recently expanded the showroom and service department. <br><br>We're in the market for a Pilot and will definitely head to Koons first.
