The service is friendly and we’ve used the concierge pickup/drop off the past few times we have brought our cars in for service and it is really a fantastic service! We’ve had good experiences every time we’ve brought the car in. This time we had to have two TPMS sensors replaced and have the system reset. I felt the charge to reset the system was high, but the service technician acknowledged it and recommended we replace all four sensors to avoid having the two remaining go bad and have to pay for the system to be reset again. The sensors are 10 years old and he said that was the expected life span of the sensors. Overall good advice and likely saved us money in the long run. More
