After a horrendous purchasing experience a few months ago at Ourisman in Tysons, I decided to trade out a gas Accord Touring for a Hybrid. This Location has the Best/service prices hands down. I was looking for a new 2021 civic EX-L in my budget. All the local Honda dealerships in the area informed me it'd be near to impossible to find the ex was looking for a new 2021 civic EX-L in my budget. All the local Honda dealerships in the area informed me it'd be near to impossible to find the exact trim in my price range and that I should purchase a lesser trim...all but Joyce honda! Mitchell Honeycutt really worked hard for me to find the exact trim/color i wanted. He made buying a new car seamless & smooth and was attentive to all my needs. I felt NO rush/pressure whatsoever to buy a car, unlike other dealerships I've contacted. The finance department was also very swift/efficient. Even after closing time they stayed late to cater to my needs. I was helped by a kind women in finance but unfortunately I can't recall her name.
