This Location has the Best/service prices hands down. I was looking for a new 2021 civic EX-L in my budget. All the local Honda dealerships in the area informed me it'd be near to impossible to find the ex was looking for a new 2021 civic EX-L in my budget. All the local Honda dealerships in the area informed me it'd be near to impossible to find the exact trim in my price range and that I should purchase a lesser trim...all but Joyce honda! Mitchell Honeycutt really worked hard for me to find the exact trim/color i wanted. He made buying a new car seamless & smooth and was attentive to all my needs. I felt NO rush/pressure whatsoever to buy a car, unlike other dealerships I've contacted. The finance department was also very swift/efficient. Even after closing time they stayed late to cater to my needs. I was helped by a kind women in finance but unfortunately I can't recall her name. Regardless she was very sweet & helpfull. 100% smooth sailing at Joyce Koons. Cheers Mr.Honeycutt & Joce Koons ! Ben More
We had the best buying experience ever at any dealer. We negotiated price and the car we wanted with CJ and scheduled our appointment! Car was ready when we arrived! Be very careful when purchasing service plans for your vehicle. I purchased one for my '19 Honda CR-V and was told that I could take it to any Honda Dealership in the nation when I bought the car in 2019 vehicle. I purchased one for my '19 Honda CR-V and was told that I could take it to any Honda Dealership in the nation when I bought the car in 2019. I was sent a book of coupons to use when I needed service. When I presented it to my local dealership in Maryland, I was told this was a program that is only available at Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas. I contacted Joyce Koons and was told that all they could do was refund the cost of the program and since my car had exceeded 12,000 miles I was not eligible to get the program that I originally thought I had paid for. Now 3 Months after I submitted the request for the refund, I still haven't gotten it and was told it is still in process. Simply put, do not believe any promises from this company. They do not keep their word. More

Have more experience mechanics which can solve the issues. Or take care of old customer to be more happy from honda.
