Although I highly recommend my salesperson, I do not recommend the dealership. 1. price I paid for my new Honda was 10,000.00 more than average retail price. 2. trade in was $4,000. less than what a recommend the dealership. 1. price I paid for my new Honda was 10,000.00 more than average retail price. 2. trade in was $4,000. less than what another dealer gave me for my car. 3. I wanted a cash deal, but was directed to finance to set up an account with honda so that they could add all the unnecessary warranty on to the note. 3. I called the next day to cancel all the warranty that I purchased as I saw I was paying alot for it. Took 3 days to get someone to call me back. I went ahead and paid the note off with Honda finance to save on the interest including the warranty price because Koons has yet to send the check to Honda finance. 4. I am still awaiting a payment now for the cancelled warranties. More
