Great Service and Friendly Staff. Car even comes out spotless inside and out! Love it! I have used Koons Honda of Manassas since 2000 for 99% of the service requirements for my Hondas. They always do the job right the first time and the prices are reasonable. I've never felt pressured into get the service requirements for my Hondas. They always do the job right the first time and the prices are reasonable. I've never felt pressured into getting service I don't need and based on the documentation I keep on all my Hondas, their recommendations are right on the mark for my vehicles. Their service hours are very convenient and on the one occasion I needed a loaner car, it was a quick process. I've also had warranty work done with no hassles; they even looked up the status of my warranty to let me know how much more time I had on that particular vehicle. They do make an extra effort to take care of their customers. All of the service reps work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want or need to take care of your car. I will continue to use Koons Honda for all my service needs for as long as I'm living in Northern Virginia. More
I have had my Honda CRV since 2001 and now it has over a hundred forty thousand miles on the odometer! I've been regular and on schedule with my service appointments but from time to time I've experienced hundred forty thousand miles on the odometer! I've been regular and on schedule with my service appointments but from time to time I've experienced a random "engine light" that makes me "anxious". When that happens, I have only to make a quick phone call to my Service Guy, Joe always fits me right in to look at the car. The wait is usually short and the service is also with a smile. I have used the Courtesy transport (used to be Charlie) and I have also been happy to recommend Gary Johnson in SALES. More
I've always had really great experience with the service department at Koons. I've dealt with other dealer service departments in the past and they have been very deceitful in their diagnosis of my cars pro department at Koons. I've dealt with other dealer service departments in the past and they have been very deceitful in their diagnosis of my cars problems. I would highly recommend the Koons Honda service department. The customer service that I received this past time was very appreciated. Problems were diagnosed on my car that should be fixed but I am unable to afford having them fixed at this time. The service rep did not pressure me or hastle me about not performing all of the things that need to be addressed on the car. He informed me of what the issues are so I am aware without any pressure. I really really appreciate that! He was very friendly and helpful without be condescending. My car has been fixed and is working well. Thanks for your help! More

Long repair jobs are eased by courtesy van rides home and back when the job is domed. The key to this fabulous customer service and support is your assigned Service Manager. For me it is Joe Carroll. His performance is the main reason My next new Honda will be purchased here. More
Joe was great--we needed a quick oil change before the weekend trip--our new Odyssey has the new oil-change indicator that shows percentages so it is really easy to track. I have purchased both a Nissan Altima Hybrid and a Honda Accord Hybrid around the same time but from different dealerships and realized that the Fairfax Browns Nissan has treated me better overall during my Accord Hybrid around the same time but from different dealerships and realized that the Fairfax Browns Nissan has treated me better overall during my first visit to get my car serviced. The first time I went to Browns Nissan they greeted me nicely and Thanked me for my purchase and decision to get serviced in their dealership. I was given a complimentary oil change and car wash celebrating my first service appointment. They made me feel wonderful as a consumer. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about my first experience at Koons of Manassas. It was kind of upsetting since my buying experience was wonderful and made me look forward to having my Honda Accord Service there, but unfortunately from the moment I arrived I felt rushed and not able to ask questions about the service. I wanted to get my address change in the system but roughly had any available time to speak to my service associate as he was rushing with paper work and guiding me to waiting area. I went to get my first oil change and was not even thanked for choosing to service my car in their dealership, sure they also offered complimentary car wash but the car wash was a total JOKE! A rainy day would've cleaned my car better.Once I got home I had to go pay for another carwash since my car seemed to only be sprayed down with water and not even been attempted to dry leaving stains from the previous snow days we had in the area. It was a real shock to find out that Koons of Manassas didn't meet my expectations, not sure how much longer I would want to get my car serviced in a place like this, I'm willing to give them another chance realizing that it might've been a busy day but if I'm treated the same way then I might have to try to find another dealership to have my Honda Accord serviced in. I brought my car in for the TPMS light which came on (with no prior indication of low tire pressure or accident). Being that my car is brand new (Oct 2010) and purchased at Koons, I was concerned with (with no prior indication of low tire pressure or accident). Being that my car is brand new (Oct 2010) and purchased at Koons, I was concerned with this occurrence. Matt explained what was going to be done in order to diagnose the cause. The service was quick and professional. As I was just a few miles from my home, approximately 20 miles from Koons, the light came back on. It was a surprise to Matt and myself. A storm was supposed to come through the area, so I suggested that I would contact Matt the following morning. He was off that Wednesday, but informed me that he would discuss the situation w/Bob and gave me his direct extension. When I spoke with Bob on Wed, he was very patient with answering/explaning what could have occured and what steps Koons performs first, etc. I brought my car in on Thursday morning, and both Matt and Bob were helpful in getting me in and out rather quickly. As a previous Honda owner for 17 years, I bought another Honda Accord based on its reputation and reliability. I hope to have my 2010 for just as long!! :) Sincerly, Mary Beth W. Valenti More
We have received the best service ever from Mr. Joe Carroll, service. We are so happy with the way he takes care of us that if he could be our service manager for the rest of our lives, we would pick Carroll, service. We are so happy with the way he takes care of us that if he could be our service manager for the rest of our lives, we would pick him! He is the most professional, most patient, most compromising and most pleasant service person we have ever dealt with. A million kudos to him for his hard work and dedication.
