I have never had a bad experience at Koons Honda. The first day I drove off the lot the van AC malfunctioned. While is was being serviced I was given a rental. When I come in for service I'm treated as a first day I drove off the lot the van AC malfunctioned. While is was being serviced I was given a rental. I purchased a Ridgeline at Koons Honda 3 years ago and have had it maintained by their service department from the start. My experience with this dealership has been excellent across the board. I had be have had it maintained by their service department from the start. My experience with this dealership has been excellent across the board. I had been having trouble with the plastic cap moldings on the tonneau cover. Whenever you raise the tonneau the hard rubber edges would catch the plastic cap moldings until over time the moldings would loosen up. When I asked about this Koons Service said that they had a fix for me. They had to order the parts and if I would pay $24.00 for the parts they would provide the labor at no charge. I call that great customer service and the new parts solved the problem completely! More
