I have never had a bad experience at Koons Honda. The first day I drove off the lot the van AC malfunctioned. While is was being serviced I was given a rental. I purchased a Ridgeline at Koons Honda 3 years ago and have had it maintained by their service department from the start. My experience with this dealership has been excellent across the board. I had been having trouble with the plastic cap moldings on the tonneau cover. Whenever you raise the tonneau the hard rubber edges would catch the plastic cap moldings until over time the moldings would loosen up. When I asked about this Koons Service said that they had a fix for me. They had to order the parts and if I would pay $24.00 for the parts they would provide the labor at no charge. I call that great customer service and the new parts solved the problem completely! More
When I moved to Virginia, I began bringing my 7 year-old civic to Koons Honda for service and was thrilled to have Joe Carroll as my service advisor. He did such a phenominal job, that he is the reason why civic to Koons Honda for service and was thrilled to have Joe Carroll as my service advisor. He did such a phenominal job, that he is the reason why I've purchsed 2 Honda Elements from Koons since I traded in my civic. In this day and age where poor customer service is the norm, Joe Carroll is a glowing excpetion to the rule! I am thrilled to have found such a professional and competent service advisor- thanks Joe! My last visit they were suppose to check all the fluids. However, they did not and unfortunately I found myself without any windshield wiper fluid in this snowy weather today. That was a big disappointment and now I must go out of my way and get some windshield wiper fluid. I would suggest that you remind them to check the customers fluids all the time when the car is brought in for repairs - they use to but I see that you have some new employees in the service lane. Also, I had asked that my tires be rotated and balanced and they forgot and said bring it back when you can and we will honor the coupon which is nice but I rather of had it all done that day when I had the time to bring the car in. One more thing I gave them a coupon for my free inspection and then the next day I get one in the mail from you therefore, I would like my coupon returned so that I can use it next year. I use this dealership for service of my Honda CRV. They have provided consistently good service. I am satisfied with the pricing for the most part. I would be nice if they could match the tire deal that have provided consistently good service. I am satisfied with the pricing for the most part. I went in for a oil change, brake check, recall for ignition, troubleshoot buzzer for light being on. Troubleshoot seat warmer. Everything was done satisfactorily and quickly, but the seat warme ignition, troubleshoot buzzer for light being on. Troubleshoot seat warmer. The dealership is very good in responding to questions and follow ups. Car is ready when promised. Have had no issues with them in the 5+ years that I have been taking my cars to them. Their pricing is higher than that of other dealerships. You would think that a repeat customer would be important to them but Internet Sales Person I recently dealt with was not able to come close on pricing to get me even thinking about stopping by the dealership for a new car.
