Bob also told me that it is not mandatory to do these additional services right away. When I dropped the car in the morning I had mentioned that I had 10% coupon from your website. When I went to pickup the car in the evening, it was to my surprise , the cashier told me the coupon can be applied to only one service. She sounded very rude and careless while communicating the message. I was expecting that this information to be told up-front so that I could have postponed the service to later date. When I mentioned to her that about miscommunication and thinking about changing the dealership, she couldn't care less. Now I am seriously thinking about changing dealership. More
