We were able to agree on the numbers quickly and they stayed open past closing time so that I could come in and sign the papers. My husband was able to sign the next morning. Chris and Justin threw in a shelf in the back since it was an SE model and didn't come with one. And they also let me keep my rubber mats from my old 2008. I couldn't be happier. The new CR-V is beautiful--and Honda must've made some improvements--it drives a lot quieter and it seems more like my in-laws Acura SUV? I don't know why it seems so much nicer than our old one--supposedly many things are the same. Also--I was very happy with the Koons service promise about the drivetrain and transmission--do I have that right? If we go to Koons for service, they will always fix those things for the life of the car. That definitely would've saved me a lot of money with an old Saturn and Jetta--both which needed massive repairs at 60,000 miles. So--the Koons service promise is very reassuring. And adds a lot of value in my opinion. Thank you! More

I rate Koons Honda very highly. Ahmed, the internet sales manager, was excellent. He worked hard to find the car I wanted, and actually got it from another dealership. Once the car was located, the sa sales manager, was excellent. He worked hard to find the car I wanted, and actually got it from another dealership. Once the car was located, the sales associate, Sunny, did a wonderful job as well. He explained the car thoroughly. They were both friendly and professional. I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours. I will certainly return to Koons for my next Honda. More
Alex did a wonderful job with balancing professionalism and respect of my wishes to not be bothered with a 'car salesman'. This was when I decided to go w/Koons as opposed to another dealership, which I did look into while conducting my initial search. He was extremely friendly, patient, and understood the functions of the various vehicles we test drove. When I made my decision, he personally went to another dealership to exchange the vehicles, and drove mine back to Koons. I have already recommended him to people I know. He's an AWESOME person and a selfless citizen/Marine for our country!!!! Semper Fidelis! Justin was told by Alex that I was looking for the best car for the best price, and when it came time to discuss money; Justin 'cut to the chase'. He was aware my desire to purchase a new vehicle, but understood that I would walk away if not satisfied. Fortunately for all of us, Justin pleased me with the numbers he presented to me. Marilyn never pressured me to purchase the extras that she explained. She did a very thorough job describing my options and understood exactly what each product had to offer. ALthough I chose not to purchase any extras, she was conscientious of the need for privacy to discuss w/my husband and courteous when we declined. She has very good people skills. Finally, Frank was in charge of my finance paperwork. He took the time to gather the necessary information and explain each extended warranty. He was honest and up-front, and I appreciated his candidness. Frank made the process very relaxed and he explained what each piece of paper was as I needed to sign and collect. My experience with the employees of Koons' Honda was pleasurable and fun. Most of all, I was able to purchase the car that I had been looking for. My first, 1994 Honda Accord Ex was bought 17 years ago, and I'm sad to see it go. However, I am excited to drive my new 2010 Honda Accord, for what I hope to be the next 17 years!!! I took my 2006 Honda Civic in because my radiator fluid was leaking and the temperature had run hot temporarily. I also needed the 90000 mile maintenance. I had enough work to be done to get a free rental was leaking and the temperature had run hot temporarily. I also needed the 90000 mile maintenance. I had enough work to be done to get a free rental from Koons, which I was grateful for. I was very surprised to find out later that day that my engine block was cracked and that's why the radioator fluid had leaked. Fortunately it was a known defect from Honda, and they would replace my engine for free. But Koons needed to find out if the engine head was damaged before they could put a new engine in. They sent it to their machine shop, who did find damage, and they fixed the engine head. In the meantime I had the rental car for free for as many days as needed to get the engine head fixed, and then replace the engine and then do the 90000 mile maintenance. I had a coupon for 25% off the maintenance so I ended up with a brand new engine and repaired engine head and all that goes with major maintenance for $350, plus the rental car (a 2010 Honda Civic, very nice). Bob was great at keeping me informed and went the extra mile in taking care of my request to drive out of the metro area on the rental car. My experiences with this dealership have always been good, but this was really exceptional. More
I like Koons because they have quite a variety in cars and they hava a great reputation. I bought my daughter's car a few months earlier with Gary Johnson and decided to come back to him for myself when and they hava a great reputation.
