He came and tossed the tag and told me that’s how I trashed his car. I misbehaved the same way when he offered my Nissan Quest 05 (34K) offered the trade in price 7K. When I gently told him that’s not the way he should speak to customer, he just said “good bye”. I have purchased many new cars but did not receive this kind of behavior. I knew I offered low for further negotiation. But, he didn’t give the chance. Very BAD experience! Anyway, I’ll buy a new car by this week! More

previous encounters with this dealership, back in 2006, were bad. Fast forward 4 years to a lackluster economy and end of model year sale and they were terrific. Picked up my car (2010 model - 2011 model year) at invoice with very little of the usual car-salesman lip service. Service dept has always been pretty good to us and the Koons bodyshop is good to work with as well (not that you dont pay it). I give them good to great ratings here because my total time from selection to driving home my new car was probably 4 hrs. My sales guy wasn't overbearing and the sales manager was open with the numbers he was using to calculate the lease terms. They took my trade at blue book and got me out and on the road quick. I am all about instant gratification and this time they delivered. They met my price on the new car and trade, there was full disclosure over the numbers and they respected my need to get out of there (it was a Sunday - football was on). I should also mention that they have been good about responding and with their pricing when I have made email or Internet inquiries. More

I did alot of up front research before visiting Koons of Manassas and told them exactly what price i wanted to pay for the 2011 Ridgeline. Times are tough and we're on a tight budget....our family van was making a terrible noise, I called Joe and he said, "bring it in and we'll take a look."
