We have purchased multiple Hondas from Koons over the years. Service keeps us coming back to the dealership over the years. I have found over the years that at Koons Honda I am working with a TEAM of which the Koons staff includes me as a member. Yes, I have a great service advisor. However, from the time I turn my keys over to a driver through the time I checkout to finally having a driver returning my keys - I am treated with a friendly smile, courteous explanations, and every attempt possible to save me money! Everyone conveys an enjoyment of working at Koons Honda and with each other! One cannot ask for more than that!!! Bob and the technician found that Honda Care would cover the cost of the throttle body issue which caused the cruise control to fail. Bob and Kristen found additional discounts which I could use. Talk about Customer Centered approach! They truly work together as a team! THIS IS THE NORM THAT I KNOW THAT I CAN EXPECT! More

I have used this dealership for ten years; have always found them to be fair and honest. The waiting room is comfortable with wifi. It helps that Honda's are amazing cars to begin with. My sales guy was great. I brought my car in the night before my appointment so they could start it first thing Saturday morning and within an hour of leaving the dealership after dropping off my car he c before my appointment so they could start it first thing Saturday morning and within an hour of leaving the dealership after dropping off my car he called me and told me they were working on the door and that I needed new brakes (which I kind of figured). He gave me an estimate, which I think was really high for brakes and I could only afford to get the front done at this time but he never pushed me or made me feel like I needed to get the back done right now or else I could be putting myself and my family in danger. He was honest with me and told me I had a couple thousand more miles before I needed to get them done. In these economical times it's nice to know that there are still some honest people out there that aren't just trying to make a buck off you. I think his name was Joe but please look up his name because I think he should definitely get recognition for his outstanding customer service. I always have a great experience at Koons Honda. The service managers really care about the maintenance of my car. Whenever I need to bring my Pilot in for service, I always get right in, and that is i service managers really care about the maintenance of my car. My experience with this service work on February 23, 2011 was exceptional. When I called, I was given a timely and convenient appointment time. Bought my 2009 honda Accord in August. It didn't come with factory installed sunroof. Was told that it would be put in "just like factory." First storm, car leaked horribly. Left car for 3 days, given with factory installed sunroof. Was told that it would be put in "just like factory." First storm, car leaked horribly. Left car for 3 days, given service loaner. Car still leaks. This time they won't give me a service loaner. Very unpleased since I paid good money for a sunroof to be put in, brought it back once already and it still leaks. I'm beginning to wish I had purchased my vehicle somewhere else if this is the service that I will be receiving for the life of my vehicle. I bought my last accord from CARMAX and decided to give Koons a try. Maybe the last time. More
