I had booked the car in for brakes and oil service but was very pleased to receive a call telling me the brakes were in good shape and had been cleaned up. The descriptive report card that Koons provides is also a fantastic way of making sure the routine care of the vehicle can be well managed. Having visited a number of dealerships in the area. Having an automobile service at Koons is never a painful experience as it is in other shops and dealerships. Although it is always difficult to spend money on car repairs, one at least understands the diagn experience as it is in other shops and dealerships. My car inspection was estimated to take 1 hour. I told the service rep that I was waiting but was going to McD's and would be back before the hour. I had my 18 month old with me. I returned in 30 minutes and continued to wait around for another hour before asking the cashier to check on my car. My toddler was starting to melt down by that time. Turned out that my car had been finished a few minutes before I returned from McD's yet the service rep never came to look for me again. I was very disappointed that I wasted an hour sitting in the dealership with a toddler when my car had already been completed. I just feel like someone should have followed up with a page or phone call shortly after not locating me. I would expect the service rep to have seen me chasing the toddler around during that time and maybe recall that my car was done. Guess not. The only reason I continue to drive to Manassas for my service is because the customer service was good. The only good thing about this experience was I had a coupon for a free inspection. More

The most painless process I have experienced yet when buying a car, new or used. The salesman, Kim, was knowledgeable about any vehicle on the lot. We have purchased multiple Hondas from Koons over the years. Service keeps us coming back to the dealership over the years. I have found over the years that at Koons Honda I am working with a TEAM of which the Koons staff includes me as a member. Yes, I have a great service advisor. However, from the time I turn my keys over to a driver through the time I checkout to finally having a driver returning my keys - I am treated with a friendly smile, courteous explanations, and every attempt possible to save me money! Everyone conveys an enjoyment of working at Koons Honda and with each other! One cannot ask for more than that!!! Bob and the technician found that Honda Care would cover the cost of the throttle body issue which caused the cruise control to fail. Bob and Kristen found additional discounts which I could use. Talk about Customer Centered approach! They truly work together as a team! THIS IS THE NORM THAT I KNOW THAT I CAN EXPECT! More
I have used this dealership for ten years; have always found them to be fair and honest. The waiting room is comfortable with wifi. It helps that Honda's are amazing cars to begin with. My sales guy was great. I brought my car in the night before my appointment so they could start it first thing Saturday morning and within an hour of leaving the dealership after dropping off my car he c before my appointment so they could start it first thing Saturday morning and within an hour of leaving the dealership after dropping off my car he called me and told me they were working on the door and that I needed new brakes (which I kind of figured). He gave me an estimate, which I think was really high for brakes and I could only afford to get the front done at this time but he never pushed me or made me feel like I needed to get the back done right now or else I could be putting myself and my family in danger. He was honest with me and told me I had a couple thousand more miles before I needed to get them done. In these economical times it's nice to know that there are still some honest people out there that aren't just trying to make a buck off you. I think his name was Joe but please look up his name because I think he should definitely get recognition for his outstanding customer service.
