I always have a great experience at Koons Honda. The service managers really care about the maintenance of my car. Whenever I need to bring my Pilot in for service, I always get right in, and that is i service managers really care about the maintenance of my car. Excellent buying experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful and did everything they could to make us happy to buy another vehicle at Koons Honda. Bought my 2009 honda Accord in August. It didn't come with factory installed sunroof. Was told that it would be put in "just like factory." First storm, car leaked horribly. Left car for 3 days, given with factory installed sunroof. Was told that it would be put in "just like factory." First storm, car leaked horribly. Left car for 3 days, given service loaner. Car still leaks. This time they won't give me a service loaner. Very unpleased since I paid good money for a sunroof to be put in, brought it back once already and it still leaks. I'm beginning to wish I had purchased my vehicle somewhere else if this is the service that I will be receiving for the life of my vehicle. I bought my last accord from CARMAX and decided to give Koons a try. Maybe the last time. More
My experience with this service work on February 23, 2011 was exceptional. When I called, I was given a timely and convenient appointment time. Ralph Freese fully explained to me the service recommendations of the technician and I appreciated the fact that I was not pressured to accept all of the recommendations. The work that was done was performed in a timely manner and was done correctly. Check out and pick-up was very efficient and I appreciated the free courtesy car wash. In the 35 years that I have been dealing with auto dealerships, this is the certainly one that I did not end up feeling as if we had been "had" and then feel irritated/angry for weeks/months after the end of the transaction. I'm sure this happens to a lot of people, who after leaving, they realize something that they just didn't grasp at the time of the transaction, only to realized how "screwed-over" they were....There was absolutely "no-haggling", they didn't keep having to run into the manager to see if they could get you a "better price"- it was all up-front, the price was the price, it was great! I know that I have reviewed this through the negative experiences with previous dealerships, but I have purchased 20 cars in my life, so have had a lot of experience, and nearly all of those were less than satisfactory to down-right aggravating. This experience was fully satisfactory, great deal, great dealership. Great sales team! I will buy my next car from them as well. More
I walked in the dealership and I already knew what car I wanted to look at because I saw it online. Frank Thomas pointed me in the right direction. He offered the keys to me to take it for a test drive. I took the car for a test drive for about 5 minutes. The car was in excellent shape - it was beautiful and it was exactly what I wanted! I came back to the dealership after the test drive and told Frank I wanted the car. He set me up with all of the paperwork and had me work with Frank Seabolt to do all of the financing. I was in and out in a couple hours. More
When I call Koons, they are always very pleasant, call me by name and work around the appt. time I need. When I arrived, they greeted me warmly and verified all the tasks that I am requesting. After service, the tech. spoke to me about the entire work order and recommended future service, which he described in detail. My car was washed and promptly brought out for pick-up after I paid my bill. The tech. asked me if I had any questions and we discussed what might be needed at my next visit in 3-5000 miles. My Honda Pilot has 130,000 miles on it and other than replacing the transmission some time in the future, it is in good shape. Much of that success is due to the regular check-ups I get with Honda and the Honda brand itself. I am a very happy customer. More
