I knew this particular service would take much longer than previous routine maintenance trips (this involved a vehicle recall). Even though I was offered a ride home, due to my work schedule I needed to wait. Matt periodically kept me updated as to the progress of the work and the time remaining until completion. I sincerely appreciated his attentiveness and his friendly updates. Even though I did not purchase my 09 Honda Fit at Koons, they have always serviced my car. Each service appointment I have found them to be attentive, thorough, friendly and efficient. Thanks Koons Service!!! More
I purchased my Honda from Koons, but I regularly use several Acura dealerships in the Washington DC metro area, (recently Pohanka) for servicing my Honda and Acura cars, because I have found that the se several Acura dealerships in the Washington DC metro area, (recently Pohanka) for servicing my Honda and Acura cars, because I have found that the service from the Acura dealerships is exceptional or great compared to the average or good service from Koons. I only recently used the Koons service center because the Acura dealers did not have the ability to update the hybrid computer software. Please advise the service staff; Attitudes and respect for the customers can move this service center from OK to very good. The "BEST" or "holy-grail" of exemplary service (with DAYS of lasting impact) is after taking time out of my hectic day to squeeze in a dreaded car service repair, and deal with the "I-66 commute" (depressed after an hour+ in traffic); IS, picking up my car after the repair and sitting in a clean car, washed, dry, vacuumed and smelling good, makes me feel like the car runs better even if the service department did none-thing to affect the ride. Then each day for the next few days I get ready to make that "I-66 commute" and get back into a proud clean car and remember the great service again. This makes me feel better about spending the money to get a car repaired. Then suddenly I need to use the wind-shield washer and remember "darn" I did not fill it, but to my surprise the service center took care of that also, WOW!! now I think to myself they took care of all kinds of things that I don't even know about. I am a valued customer, and feel proud to bring my car to this service center!! That is the experience, that I have had from the Acura service center, no not every time but several times, and is why I keep going back. More
I have driven from Reston to have my car serviced here for years because I trusted them to be honest with me. But at my last visit they told me my battery needed to be replaced. They gave me a printout sa for years because I trusted them to be honest with me. But at my last visit they told me my battery needed to be replaced. They gave me a printout saying the battery failed a load test. It was only 9 months old and when I got it tested somewhere else it was fine. I went back to the place where I bought it and he put a big load on it and the battery tested out as excellent. He said he's seen this several times where dealerships give out bogus "bad" battery tests to try and make a sale. I do not appreciate that!! I don't drive down to Manassas to get ripped off. I can't trust them to be honest with me anymore. More

All my anger was suddenly buried because of the professional way he resolved the issue. He reimbursed the towing charge on my bill, asked the Service director, Mike, to assign me to differenct person, and promised me to contact Mike or call his direct line anytime I'm not happy about services render by Koons. I am happy in working with manager who proritizes customers concern and resolves the issue with urgency. More
I had no trouble scheduling an appointment. As a matter of fact, I scheduled my appointment online, which was very easy. I received a confirmation email and phone call the day before my service. I purchased my Honda CRV from Koons in May 2000. Koons has done all of the regular maintenance through the years. Road trips have been many, and the car now has 167,000 miles on it. I drive the extra distance to Koons Honda service (I live about 3 minutes from Tysons Honda) to deal with Ralph Freese because he has always been very honest and as accommodating as possible. Had the car in for 30,000 mile service. Ralph explained all that they would do and the price that would be charged. I had coupons and they were added in without any problem. I put a lot of trust in your service people and have never had a problem that wasn't quickly resolved. My primary reason for continuing to use you for service after eight years now is the help and information Ralph provides. More
I have been taking my Honda Pilot to Koon’s Honda for regular maintenance since was bought from there as my 2010 Accord EX and a 2008 Fit that was later traded for the Accord. Even though sometimes I call for appointment the last minute, it did not matter how busy they were, they always took the car and worked on it and the car always been washed! THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The service personnel are always very polite, attentive and listen to you. Keep up the good work! Additionally the discounts I receive regularly my e-mail save me some $$$$ and that is well appreciated as well. So my family is not only a HONDA family but we will always do business with Koon’s dealership as long as we receive this kind of outstanding service. Thanks, More
