I made appt to drop off my CRV for inspection and oil change. Left it for 5 hrs. Had to wait an hour for it to be completed when I picked up. I went to a funeral and asked the service guy to text if th change. Left it for 5 hrs. Had to wait an hour for it to be completed when I picked up. I went to a funeral and asked the service guy to text if there were any problems. Gave the go ahead to fix anything under $30. He left me a message not text about my tires, which I did not get until I was on my way for pick up. When I got there the car was not ready and the service guy was not there. No one knew what was going on. Another service guy stepped in and learned that my car was rejected for wipers. Then I had to wait an hour for them to go to another location to get the wipers and to put them on. It was the back wiper that was torn. I can't believe it was rejected for a back window wiper. Plus I had given the ok to do anything under 30. Nothing was said or notated about the tires. But I did get a list of hundreds of dollars of service items that they think I need to do. Which I think is overkill. Sorry don't know the name of the service people I worked with. More

Whole team was helpful and friendly, Kebir also stayed after hours since it took some time to finish financing to ensure I was able to move everything from my old car to the new one. He even helped me do a final check and made sure I didn't forget my work ID hanging off my rear view mirror. Would recommend this dealership's service and support to anyone. More
