I've been a loyal customer of Joyce Koons since 2002 when I bought my first Honda there. They took such good care of my first Honda that it lasted for 14 years and over 160,000 miles. I'm now on my second I bought my first Honda there. They took such good care of my first Honda that it lasted for 14 years and over 160,000 miles. I'm now on my second Honda and the service (and sales) have been consistently excellent! The customer-facing facilities are always neat and well kept. The service advisors have always been great about explaining what work needed to be and the work has always been done timely! I recently had to replace the backup camera. My service advisor, Peter Parlier, checked my records and found that this service was covered under extended warranty. He was friendly, courteous, and kept me informed of the status of the camera he had had to order and when I could have it installed. The dealership offered a new car clinic for new car buyers. My husband and I did attend and appreciated learning more about the history of the dealership, their operations and taking a tour of their facilities. More
I am a customer of Joyce Koons Honda since 2013 and the reason I am still going back to them is because of the trust that they earned in the past few years from both the Sales and the Service departments. reason I am still going back to them is because of the trust that they earned in the past few years from both the Sales and the Service departments. Off late though, I have been having some really bad experiences with the Service department here: 1. Around two years back I noticed a discrepancy on the receipt for one of the service where I was charged for something that I did not buy - after a call with the service advisor's manager, they refunded the amount - but I was appalled that it had to come to that. 2. A few months ago, I took my car to get a recall work done - since they were pretty busy on that day, I was asked to leave the vehicle overnight and pick it up the next day. The next day, when I went to pick up the car, I realized that my car key (along with with my keyring) has been "misplaced" between the service advisor and the technician - and luckily for me, since I had the spare key on me, they were able to "generate" a duplicate key for me ("free of charge", they said) after taking 45 minutes of my time (on top of, of course, the two days the car was there). But the most frustrating part of this episode was that - between all of the losing-key/replacing-key business, the service advisor failed to tell me that the recall work that I went in there for was NOT done! Unfortunately for me, I did not even realize this until a couple months later when another person from Joyce Koons themselves gave me call asking to bring it in for the same recall work! 3. This morning, I have taken my car there for a routine maintenance work (code A12) and even though I have an extended service warranty that covers all maintenance work (minus parts) that is done at Joyce Koons in the first four years - the service advisor said that the warranty is only for two years! When I reminded them that my extended maintenance coverage is for the first four years, they said two of the three items (all of which are routine maintenance) are covered - but the third one is not. Even after speaking with their manager, the service department is standing by their statement - and effectively I am ending up with being sold something that is not being respected at Joyce Koons! Overall, the quality of service and the trustworthiness has been steadily declining for me at Joyce Koons Honda. I think it is time for me to look for other alternatives at this point. More

We just purchased an Accord from Koons Honda after purchasing a Civic seven months ago, and the Koons team really took care of us. Mariame is excellent and my family appreciated her attention and thou purchasing a Civic seven months ago, and the Koons team really took care of us.
