I was pleasantly surprised by the support and help I received for my 2018 Honda CRV which required a new AC compressor and suction line. They took care of the problem with a new compressor covering the work under the cars initial warranty. As is was a part to be ordered, I was given a loaner vehicle while waiting for the repair. I utilized the complimentary pick up and delivery for my car, again at no cost to me. The young driver that picked up and delivered the vehicle was very courteous and on time. All in all a very pleasant experience not counting the broken compressor on a 2018 vehicle. More
