I am extremely satisfied with the EXCELLENT service the staff at Koons Honda of Manassas afforded me and my wife. Dipak Regmi understood our concerns and worked with us tirelessly to lessen our monthly lease payments and ultimately was able to place my family in a beautiful, new, top safety awarded, Honda Odyssey. I could not be more happy with the entire experience at Koons and look forward to visiting the dealership for routine maintenance and for potential future leases and/or purchases. Went to Joyce Koons after seeing an add that they donate $100 from every car to a charity. Looked at a used Pilot, loved the car, the price was right on what I was quoted at other dealers for a similar cond $100 from every car to a charity. I have been going to Joyce Koon's Honda Service department for over six years. Why do I keep going back? Because they are the best! 7 years ago or more, you wouldn't catch me getting my cars servi department for over six years. Why do I keep going back? Because they are the best! 7 years ago or more, you wouldn't catch me getting my cars serviced at a dealer, but now I don't go anyplace other than Joyce Koon's! In 2008, I purchased a Convertible in Fredericksburg, VA. (Another brand, that was not familiar to me) I had owned 3 Honda's ALL lasting 250k+ miles previously. I had never before had a car payment in my LIF (Another brand, that was not familiar to me) I had owned 3 Honda's ALL lasting 250k+ miles previously. I had never before had a car payment in my LIFE, but I foolishly went with Chrysler (Yes, I know hard to believe at 34 years of age, and WHAT WAS I THINKING?) Had it not been for that purchase, it would have meant that I never was in the situation I was in, which led me to this past week to Koons and this post. In the end, it was a lesson that taught me that despite my first experience in a dealership; people do have integrity, are honest, and in this case ACTUALLY CARE about customers! Koons turned things around for me. We were immediately greeted by Gary Johnson who was friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He let us look, answered our questions and didn't try to push us into some car we didn't like. Our list was tough, trust me, I had looked before coming to Koons! (wanted a V6 with low mileage newer Accord) The other thing honestly that struck me was the fact that while my fiance and I were there, nearly every call and person that came in was looking for him. 1 or 2 yeah, I can count that as a "given". However there were numerous calls & walk-in's which made me take notice. We didn't find anything that night but I did give him our ph #'s. Honestly, being admittedly a little jaded I really thought we probably wouldn't hear from him again. I was so wrong! Not only did he e-mail me thanking us for coming in, he called me later to tell us he had found us some options. I was shocked! Not only did he listen to us, he HEARD US. He found us the car we wanted (and then some) We were offered coffee by the receptionist (fresh pot- wish I had caught her name) while we were working things out. WOW! We felt like the Trumps! We were greeted by Sheila in Guest Services who was friendly, and frankly taught me things I didn't know about paint and undercoating and protection. (I'm a nerd so I appreciated this knowledge. I had never heard of a Brine road treatment before, and had no clue) Again, NOT IN THE LEAST pushy or abrasive or "I think you should because";. She just came off as an honest woman whose knowledge and experience in the business and industry I found valuable and interesting. Really, really great. We actually bumped into Ronnie as my fiance and I were talking outside. Now, I must tell you, I have worked as a Financial Analyst for the Feds for 12 yrs. I had already obtained financing prior to even coming there to even look. He was absolutely charming, not pushy, and honestly in my opinion just hands down funny! Personally speaking I know from experience that you have to have a sense of humor when you crunch numbers all day -otherwise you would just go insane! I got the bumper to bumper warranty, and even went with them to Finance. GREAT DEAL! Bottom line, when you walk into Koons of Manassas you get PERSONAL service, no "press 1", and no wait times. Instead, you get coffee, a friendly smile, funny personal stories, NO PUSHY backroom "well this is an investment, and therefore you should" sales tactics. I have already posted pics on my FB page of our new car, and told my friends that despite my initial criticisms of dealerships in general, that Koons was the way to go. THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING! More

I think my overall experience with Koons Honda is good. I recently purchased my 3rd Honda Accord from Koons. I had done a lot of research on the Honda website, and had done a lot of my negotiations on the internet prior to my purchase. While she wasn't involved in that process, Vanessa Paz was "assigned" to me when I walked in the dealership and I'm very glad she was. Vanessa was helpful, attentive, patient, and cheerful (though I'm sure I drove her crazy with all my questions). There were some glitches in the process that Vanessa handled professionally (they weren't her fault) and even though it took a lot longer than I had thought that it would, overall it was a positive experience. I love my car! More

He also didn't play any games and was honest, a rare quality in a salesman. I told him what I wanted and he gave me exactly that. I know I'll be back and hopefully he's there to sell me my next car.
