I left my car with Koons for a State inspection and an oil change. They called me within the hour to tell me the results of the free all-points inspection they told me they would do as part of the service oil change. The items they described as needing attention were in fact due for maintenance. I took some of their recommendations (tire rotation and alignment and coolant flush) and declined others for now. The car rides better than before. The price was reasonable. Service was fast and friendly. I have been a client for years on and off, but things seem much improved lately. My CRV key remote stopped working, and I had to get a tow to Manassas to get it replaced. The Advisor found a repl. remote at the Arl. I had to be at the dealer most of the day, but my problem was taken care of, and my Alarm system does not go off when I lock my truck.
