Although my 2012 Honda Fit (purchased new at Koons 11/01/12)) passed the July safety inspection I was advised that $1264.84 in repairs needed to be completed. Included in this estimate was $228.08 to replace the serpentine belt. I had just had a new serpentine belt replaced in December by a local independent shop. I was informed by the Joyce Koons Honda service writer that the recommendations are based solely on the age and mileage of the vehicle. I find it disheartening that the technician did not even take the time to open the hood and inspect the belt. As an original Koons Honda owner I find such recommendations to be based entirely on the vehicle age and mileage to be totally unacceptable. Prior to this experience I had generally been happy with the service provided by Koons. However I will now challenge any "needed repairs" to be thoroughly explained and justified before I accept any work. I am truly disappointed with Koons and now question their integrity and reliability. More

Joyce Koons Honda has serviced my 2004 Pilot 113 K miles and 2008 CRV 131K miles. They have kept both running well. We recently purchased a 2021 Honda Passport from Joyce Koons Honda and Mansour Assadpour Sr Sales Rep did a exceptional job helping us trade in our Pilot and negotiate the new price on the Passport. He spent several hours with us patiently showing the safety features and helping us program the technology in the Passport. He provided us with exceptional service along with his Sales manager Dipak Regmi. More

I have been buying cars (5 I believe) from Koons for almost 20 years.. For service Karen Huntington is the second advisor I have had over the years.. I never thought anyone could equal my original advisor Ralph Freeze but this lady has not only equaled, but exceeded all of my expectations.. She explains (in terms I can understand) what is being done and who the mechanic is that is working on the car.. I was once given the opportunity to meet the mechanic and found him both knowledgeable, professional and friendly.. His work, like all the work I have had done there has been flawless and again fully explained to me by Karen during and at the conclusion of the service.. Know this, if the purchase process and service work was less than excellent over all the years I've been a customer I would have had no problem finding a different dealer and product to deal with... I loved the fact that the oil change price was reasonable AND they picked up my car. I didn’t like that they charged me for a service I don’t feel I should have been charged for. I had my engine worked on 2-3 years ago. At the time, they reprogrammed my main key but never my spare keys. I forgot, so when they didn’t work, I was perplexed. After the service had begun and I talked to a very nice man on the phone, I realized that THIS is why they weren’t working. I should never have had to pay to have the keys reprogrammed when they should have been programmed correctly to begin with. More
