Disappointed with factory recall I have taken my vehicles to Koons Honda for multiple repairs, etc. in the past. I took my Civic in for the airbag recall and the service advisors hav I have taken my vehicles to Koons Honda for multiple repairs, etc. in the past. I took my Civic in for the airbag recall and the service advisors have always been top notch. The car was actually finished early and when I picked it up, I was disappointed. The lot porter removed the plastic seat cover and two bolts rolled around and he mumbled something, about they weren't too important. On the way home I found more loose hardware in my passenger seat. Kind of disconcerting to have airbag recall work done because parts could come through like shrapnel and then I find hardware lying around in my car. Not quality work this time folks. However, as usual, Roland and other service staff were extremely pleasant to work with. More

Plus a loaner car was provided which enabled me to test drive the latest model Accord - which I would consider purchasing after the experience.
