Hands Down, Amazing! This it the second car I've bought from the Koon's Honda Dealership in Manassas, VA. I refuse to go anywhere else! I don't trust any other dealership to take care of me like they do. For my second car, Luis was very helpful! He was extremely patient and great at understanding and relating to my needs. I came in too look at a Civic but didn't feel like it was a good fit. Instead of pressuring me, Luis listened to what I was looking for. After Luis patiently showed me several cars in the cold rain for hours and hours, (with a handsome smile on his face the whole time) I decided on the perfect CRV. Not only did it have everything I needed and wanted, the price was also VERY ideal (Thanks to Ed, the Awesome manager). I love my car and both experienced in buying a car have been excellent. They even provided sandwiches for the customers. Talk about first class treatment! Tyler, the finance expert took his time to explain every detail to help me understand every document and all the figures. He even went through the trouble of drawing me a graph so I would better understand. Usually I feel very anxious about big decisions such as this but Luis, Tyler, and Ed explained things in a way that I could understand, which made me feel very comfortable. Service I have purchased 10 vehicles from Joyce Koons with 7 of those being Honda's. My last purchase, a 2015 CRV Touring. Have only been in for oil change an I have purchased 10 vehicles from Joyce Koons with 7 of those being Honda's. My last purchase, a 2015 CRV Touring. Excellent Service - Honda Odyssey I have been using Koons Honda services since 2004 and i am very pleased with their honest and prompt service year after year.I had to get some repairs I have been using Koons Honda services since 2004 and i am very pleased with their honest and prompt service year after year.I had to get some repairs to be done to my Honda Oddysey and had to get my state inspections done.I would like to commend Melissa Haywood for giving me a very clear and honest quote for my repairs.I had approached another service center few blocks away "Mer......" and they gave me a quote which was at least 2.5 times more. Koons service advisor Melissa Haywood was very cooperative , and helpful in advising the repairs and providing a loaner car as well. Overall i had very satisfied experience with my Honda odyssey service and repairs.I would commend Koons of Manassas, to have such service oriented employees like Melisa and others.
