A great team to work with Initial contact was with General Sales Manager as I was walking in the door. He turned me over to Ahmed Messaoudi, and from then on the experience of Initial contact was with General Sales Manager as I was walking in the door. Terrible experience with the Service Department I brought my Honda Pilot in to have a noise in the driver side window fixed as well as a squeaky passenger seat. I was told they would need to order I brought my Honda Pilot in to have a noise in the driver side window fixed as well as a squeaky passenger seat. I was told they would need to order some parts. I waited and waited for a call to let me know the parts were in. Finally after two months I called them. I was transferred three times to determine if the parts were in. I found out they were in and was transferred again to make an appointment. I brought my car in at 2:00 PM on Saturday. I told them I would run a couple of errands while they swapped out my seat cushion and replaced a piece of trim on the drivers side window. I received a call at 4:50 just ten minutes before they close and was told they couldn't finish the car today. When I asked why I was given a lame mumbling answer that the tech just couldn't get it finished. I was told I would be called as soon as the car was finished. I received a call at 4:20 on Sunday, the guy told me my car was done but they were only able to fix the seat cushion. The part for the trim was sent back because it had been on the shelf too long. Or at least that was what I was told. When I asked why it took so long to change a seat cushion, he gave me some lame excuse about the tech pulling the wrong ticket. I felt like everyone I spoke with just lied and made excuses. The guy I spoke with was rude, but at least he arranged for me to get my car on Sunday. He was about to tell me that since it was after 3:00 on Sunday I would not be able to pick up my car until Monday. But I think he realized how upset I was at that point. In summary, if you like lying deceitful and lazy people servicing your car Joyce Koons Honda is for you. After the run around I got from them it wouldn't surprise me if they are doing all kinds of shady stuff to cars. KEEP AWAY!! IF you don't you will probably regret it. More
