All of my experiences with the sales teams and their Service Department have been excellent. 3 years ago I was tempted to purchase from Volkswagen but prior to going I stopped at Joyce Koons found the exact car I wanted and never made it to Volkswagen! Mark made this visit, yet another great experience in buying a car! More

Wonderful! We needed to get a reliable car quickly as our previous car broke down. In a couple days we drove off with a new Honda Accord. We had a low pressure We needed to get a reliable car quickly as our previous car broke down. In a couple days we drove off with a new Honda Accord. We had a low pressure sales person who did a great job educating us on some different cars and continued to help with unfamiliar features before we left the lot with our new car. We shopped around and Koons had the best price, great service and life time oil changes (a holiday special) were icing on the cake. I cannot not think of any areas that could have been improved. My husband has been in the Accord on I-95 and traffic and says it is probably the best car he has ever had- and he is rather picky. More

Great Buying Experience I bought my first Honda, a 2015 Honda Civic EX, from Joyce Koons Honda. I had a great experience and the added benefits of free lifetime oil changes, I bought my first Honda, a 2015 Honda Civic EX, from Joyce Koons Honda. I had a great experience and the added benefits of free lifetime oil changes, free lifetime inspection, and a free lifetime powertrain warranty are unbelievable. I worked with Mansour Assadpour and some other folks from internet sales. All were very helpful and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
