Great experience!! When I arrived I was greeted within seconds which is something that I took note off. I have been to other dealership where I have been "looked over." Ahmed immediately came over to greet me and my boyfriend. Ahmed listened to what I had to say and overall treated us with respect, like we were long time friends. I felt that Ahmed was able to build great and last rapport and was able to help my find out what car would best suit me and best suit my needs. I had never bought a new car before due to fear of a huge price tag. However Ahmed assured me that he works "miracles" he delivered in the best way. I was able to get an affordable monthly payment and was able to drive off the lot with my 2016 Honda Civic. I will be sending all my friends his way. More

I have a bad deal.. My car was over priced. I have a bad deal. They take advatage. My car was overpriced. They finance my car very terrible. Minor misteps but overall a good buying experience. Everyone involved in the process was pleasant and helpful. The actual purchase-day procedures could probably be streamlined as some of it was redundant (it was late and we had to get up early the next morning). There was also some miscommunication when we took our Pilot back later to get some of the protective additions applied so we had to leave the car an additional day but our situation is flexible so it was not a big deal for us. There is an obscure issue with the on-board computer/entertainment system that one of the head service managers gave me incorrect information about but cars have become so electronically complicated I will give them a little slack on this (If anyone gets a bad review for this it would be the Honda engineers).
