Excellent experience at Joyce Koons I've never had such great experience of buying car with any other dealership before. When I was at Joyce Koons I didn't feel like customer ,in fact I I've never had such great experience of buying car with any other dealership before. Top of the line service and compassion in knowing how it feels being a customer. JKH is blessed to have such dedicated staff that truly love helping and working with customers. So rare to find that at a dealership now days. Again big Kudos to their staff !!! Angela made us feel like we were the only customers there, Clifton showed such caring/understanding in walking us through the initial test drive through the end of process/delivery for the new Accord and Miki in finance was the icing on the deal ... She was so nice and its so refreshing to see and talk with someone with such strong honest christian values, Clifton also had this as well. Completing the sales financials with Miki we have to say was the best we've ever experienced in closing auto financials. I call that a triple play !!! More

I strongly recommend anyone visiting Joyce Koons Honda ask for Mansour or Chris Montanez. The sales manager made several back-and-forth ventures to the sales office either in attempt to "wear us down" or converse with others, perhaps due to a lack of empowerment. Regardless, the typical sales tactic was frustrating and I expected more. While discussing/negotiating a trade-in value on my car, I was challenged repeatedly with what I perceived to be a high level of arrogance. I sold my car elsewhere. I hope this doesn't come across too negative; the overall experience was pleasant enough for me to purchase the new vehicle. Misty Barbe & Tyler Runey were very pleasant. More
Oil change, tire rotation I was not able to schedule an appointment for my oil change on the web site as it (the web) had a problem. Poor representation of vehicle I was led to believe I needed to put down a deposit in order to see the vehicle. Before giving a deposit, I asked many questions regarding the condition of the vehicle, I was told it was " clean", when I arrived, in addition to the one large dent that had been described by the dealer, there was another very damaged area. Also, there was hail damage on all of the horizontal surfaces. I had been looking for this model vehicle for quite sometime. The dealer did work on the price point to help with required repairs and ultimately I made the purchase. Since then I have been contacted by a customer service representative and they have worked to insure my satisfaction. More
