Better Buying the car was a breeze, had some hiccups with service issues immediately after (Tire Pressure Light, bad car wash) but they worked it out for me. Incompetent or dishonest service center My Wife took 2011 pilot here for new brakes last year… Way overpriced… But I was TDY and she wanted to get it done… So…They turned the rotors… suppo My Wife took 2011 pilot here for new brakes last year… Way overpriced… But I was TDY and she wanted to get it done… So…They turned the rotors… supposedly to save her money… Who turns rotors anymore? Good grief I can buy top quality ones for 60 bucks apiece for the front! So… Of course the front rotors warped within five months… Not sure if it was incompetence or just wanted the return work when the rotors went bad… or were they just want to take advantage of women But will never do business with these guys again... Just replaced the front rotors this weekend… Pads barely worn but rotors warped! Thanks Honda More

I get three or four quotes from different dealers. I compare their prices for the Internet price I have and select the one which is that price. This will include the show room delivery price including transportation taxes and tags. So I never waste tine for the dealer or myself in haggling. I have been able to buy my cars without any bargaining or haggling. All the three times I have been able to get the right quote from Joyce Koons vis Emails only. This time Dennis Chen who corresponded with me. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me the final quote including accessories I wanted. I also got installation charges off for being the loyal customer of Joyce Koons. He was professional friendly and humble without exerting any pressure. Also The parts and service manager Kelley who was professional and prompt in getting the back up sensors fixed on time as promised and arranged for a. Loaner car. The business manager was efficient professional and fast. All in all the entire experience of car buying was haggle free, pleasant and economical. Bought in 98,(civic) 2007 CRV , civic 2012 and CRV in 2017. I strongly recommend Joyce Koons for car buying and servicing. More
