This past visit was no different with Heather making sure that all items were taken care of. She made several recommendations on things that needed to be done, and applied all applicable coupons. My van was ready when promised, and I took advantage of the excellent waiting area to get some work done while I waited. I highly recommend them. More

yelled at by service rep had a recall notice- mom took it in. Was told it needed multiple things done; felt pushed into getting trans & rad flush. just had oil change @ Valvol had a recall notice- mom took it in. Was told it needed multiple things done; felt pushed into getting trans & rad flush. just had oil change @ Valvoline before going to Koons. called the dealership (Ken) where 60K service was done 6 months ago. confirmed trans flush & rad already done -immediately told service rep while the Ken was on the phone w her. (Hyundai dealer -where we bought the civic). told him it didn't need the flush & he screamed at my mom- Ken could hear him clearly over the phone..escalated to a manager who didn't charge for the flush but worst experience ever. Customers should NEVER be screamed at. Koons Rep never apologized either. rep said the trans fluid was drained, the tech ran down w/ a pallet of fluid dots & said the dark one was from my car. A) where did this sample come from if trans fluid had been drained B) why wasn't this shown before? C) Valvoline place had shown her the trans fluid it was dark pink. D) The rep said she was lying. ok- my mom is not some xxxxx. she went to graduate school in chemistry and has been a chemist or an engineer throughout her career. She knows the difference between brown and dark pink. Was told the dipstick color could look different... wow really? More

I can honestly say that nobody stands around in this place without being helped very quickly. The staff is very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. During my visit, I was asked several times if I would like a coffee or water or anything, even by staff that I was not directly dealing with. I'm very satisfied with Joyce Koons Honda and I highly recommend this dealership. More
