Honda Accord 2017 Fix Radio I went there 05/30/2017 to fix my new car Honda Accord 2017 sun visor because they were not working good after one hour i got my car back and i went I went there 05/30/2017 to fix my new car Honda Accord 2017 sun visor because they were not working good after one hour i got my car back and i went to test drive with technician Dan because when i speed i smell burning but smell did not come because i was not driving so fast after that i told Dan my radio FM and AM was not working he checked all station and said i will check when we come back i talked to Heather Weyforth she said we can look it and fix it. Almost after 2 hours Heather and technician Dan they told me they could not figure out what is wrong with the Radio need to be diagnose again and its take 4, 5 hours or may be i need to drop my car so come back Monday 06/05/2017 drop my car i said OK even Heather offer me 2 free oil change for my car i asked her any written paper you can give me she said just come back it will be in computer system I was not feeling comfortable with Heather because she just talk nicely and when i called she does not pick up my phone and i leave voicemail but still no reply she call back after 1 or 2 days and just say i was so busy i m sick and go to see doctor i have a lots of stuff to do in my opinion just call back to customer and talk few minutes and explain what is going on i know i can not change anything because every body just wanna make money it does not matter money coming from wrong direction what ever i decided to go some where else and look what happened they fix my Radio and told me my radio Antenna was unplug we just plugged back i did not pay any money. If Heather and Dan wants they can fix my car same day BUT NOT. This is very easy way to make money from customer to tell lie we could not figure out what is wrong with your car that is why i am giving 1 star GOOD LUCK FOR CUSTOMER. More

We interacted over email and calls and once I made a decision I drove an hour to get there. The car and paperwork was ready to go. Daniel, Doug, Tim and Andy were all very professional and friendly. Daniel stayed a couple of hours past closing to make sure I was comfortable with everything down to dashboard settings. Looking forward to working with them again once my current lease is up. More

I needed to sell my Jeep Compass and get something with better gas mileage. I debated on even coming to this location after my experience at Tysons, however a friend of mine who bought her car from Daniel a week before assured me that he was great and would go the distance to help me out. As I arrived to the dealership, the Honda Civic was parked waiting for me. As soon as I met Daniel he was instantly friendly, professional, and quite hilarious. I never once felt pressured to buy and he did SO much to help me get into the Civic. He and the finance team went back and forth many times to find a financing option that would work best within my budget. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He went through the entire vehicle and showed me all of my cars options and made sure I didnt leave with any questions. I would highly recommend him and the entire dealership to anyone I meet.
