Best Honda/Acura dealership around I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I've had plenty of bad experiences with dealerships over the years. I've been screwed by dealerships in the past, claiming that things needed to be fixed that actually didn't, etc. That's the reason I've done a lot of my own work on my cars for many years. But so far Joyce Koons has treated me very well. When they tell me something needs to be replaced, I sometimes ask to go to the service bay and have them show me the part that actually needs to be replaced, etc. I just want to verify that what they are saying is in fact true. So far, my own personal experience is that they've been pretty honest, which goes a LONG way with me. That's why I've been with them for about 3 years so far. So anyway, so far so good. Keep it up.
