They tell you what needs to be done, and if there are multiple repairs to be made, they will prioritize the issues and let you know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. They have a comfortable waiting room. They keep you informed on the progress of your repairs and how long it will take to complete. They also have a service to pick you up and drop you off if you are not going very far. On occasion, when repairs will take a long time, they provide loaner cars (probably only if you purchased you care there, I think) More

The other 2 are not ready to drive but you can be sure I would not go anywhere else. You are treated with respect and courtesy from the moment you walk in to the moment you have your car and of course beyond. They have made the buying process incredibly easy and fast! Tim has always been my go to finance person and he is so easy to work with and he is so fast with paperwork. This time I worked with Omar who was just as fantastic. Dipak was my sales person and he is genuinly so happy to help you find the perfect car for your needs. He tells us about Honda incentives that can bring pricing down (which is big for our family) and I KNOW the price and service is beyond what any dealership would do for you. The other factor that I find extraordinary (from my own experience as a a business owner) is that Koons not only gives back to the community on so many levels but they aer genuinely happy to do so. Angela Killinger is selfless. She and Koons have done so much for childhood cancer research. They are sponsors for so many Cancer Research events and she puts in her own personal time. These are the kinds of people I want to do business with again and again. More

My experience When I drove up to the service area, no one greeted me. I went in to ask about service and was told to pull my car into the bay. I finally spoke with a representative who was standing around and they expressed that they thought someone else was helping me. After that the experience changed for the better. I feel lucky that this time re calibrating worked, while I was at a stop sign. I know that they rotate my tires and check the pressure. It would seem like SOP to recalibrate. They were happy to use my coupons for 10 dollars off the oil change and the 12% off another service. However, AAA has a 14.95 oil change and it is tempting. More
